A psychologist's eye, a recruiter's pace.
I studied Psychology at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University and certified in psychodiagnostics and HR. That background shapes how I read a CV, run an interview and judge fit: skills matter, and so do motivation and the way someone works with others.
Before HR I spent years on the other side of the desk, in sales at A1, at the front office of UNI Bank and on a summer in the USA. Presenting, negotiating and training new colleagues taught me what people need from an employer, and today at Reptil Marketi I build that for them.
